BWC NOC
The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has issued the planning permission for Blue World City, with Letter no. 532/10/DC Dated: 07-08-2018. This permission grants planning permission for around 427 Kanal of land for the society. However, it should be noted that according to the RDA, the NOC (No Objection Certificate) status for Blue World City is currently under processing. This means that while the society has submitted all the required documents and has met the necessary standards set by the RDA, the final NOC has not yet been issued.
It is important to note that the issuance of the NOC by RDA is an important step in the development process, as it signifies that the project has been thoroughly reviewed and approved by the relevant authorities and is cleared to proceed with construction. Blue World City is making all the necessary efforts to obtain the NOC as soon as possible, and it is expected to be issued in the near future.
However, it is important to keep in mind that the NOC status under processing does not mean that the project is not viable or that it is not in compliance with regulations.
